Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and included components must be present
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Late Returns

Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
